hey guys, it's jay kapoor here and in this video i will show you how to root yu yuphoria. this is a very safe guide, it won't affect your warranty. you will still get ota updates and there is no chance of bricking. first of all you have to just download 1 file from the video description down below. after it's downloaded, extract it. there will be a file called pda net+. just double click and run it. this program will install the necessary drivers. so just click on next, next, next and it will ask for your manufacturer. so just select others and install the drivers. once everything is done, click on finish. now take your yuphoria and go to the settings, then about phone option, then tap on the build no. 7 times. then hit the back button and go to developer options. check advance reboot and scroll down and check usb debugging. so once everything is done,
connect your yuphoria to the computer and press the power button then click on recovery, then click on bootloader and press ok. then go to the folder that we extracted. then go to yu yuphoria root files. then there will be a batch file of unlock bootloader. before proceeding please backup your data as it will format the internal storage. once you are in fastboot mode, just double click on the unlock bootloader batch file and press vol up on the phone. then click on the reboot batch file. it will automatically reboot your phone. now you can disconnect your phone. once everything is done, now go to the phone settings again, about phone option, then tap on the build no. 7 times. then press the back button and go to developer options. just check advance reboot and usb debugging. so after doing this, connect your phone to the computer and we have to copy 1 file which is update supersu.
so just right click, copy then paste it in the internal storage. then reboot your phone into the bootloader mode. just long press on the phone, reboot then bootloader then press ok button. now click on flash twrp and it will be flashed in 5-10 sec and your phone will automatically boot in twrp recovery. once you are in twrp recovery, click on install then locate the zip. scroll down, you will find it update supersu. then just swipe to flash. once it's flashed, click on reboot system now. twrp is temporarily installed, so that it won't affect your ota updates. once you reboot your phone, you'll find supersu that means your phone is rooted. so that's it for this video guys, click the red subscribe button to get more yuphoria videos.
